The cause for the glamorous campaign with the famous German model Eva Padberg is Berlin Fashion Week (July 17th-20th) which is being sponsored by Mercedes Benz.

Due to this reason you will be able to see many billboards of this campaign starting July 1st in Berlin.

AIPP Grand Trophy Award

The AIPP Grand Trophy Award is a hairdressing photography and presentation contest sponsered by the AIPP ( International Professional Hairdressing Magazines Association).The intention of the Grand Trophy Award is to recognise outstanding achievement by professional hairdressers in photography and presentation of their work.

There are several categories and the Grand Trophy is then awarded to the over-all winner, the creator of the collection which best reflects all the characteristics discribed in each of the single categories.

Winner of the Grand Trophy is Tom Kroboth (hairdresser) and our Youngstar photographer Till Becker.

ADC 2008, Berlin

The highlight of the creative industry was this year's ADC Week which takes place annually and in 2008 is going to grow into a Festival edition.
From April 9th-14th 2008 creatives and people interested in the creative business have met for an inspiring exchange - the climax of creativity 08 - under the roof of the PREMIUM HALLEN in Berlin.
Michael Preiswerk, the ADC spokesperson, said: "We have the claim that Germany's top creatives who are meeting 6 days in Berlin, go back home not only with new nails but especially with new inspirations and new knowledge."

21 golden nails, 67 silver and 120 bronze ones were being awarded in 46 categories. In addition, 272 works were awarded as well.
Especially the campaign by the agency Jung von Matt (Hamburg) for the rental car company Sixt left an impression with the ADC jury.
The creative part for this project was being handled by our photographer KRISTIAN SCHULLER.

Ebo Fraterman

March 29th, 2008, the Dutch photographers association PANL had their yearly presentation of awards and accompanying book/expo vernissage in the Old Church in Amsterdam.
All the nominated work is exposed untill April 20 in the Old Church.

IMAGE SEARCH SHOOTING

We are very pleased with the success of Image Search and are eager to improve the offer for our clients. Therefore we decided to produce for themes with stronger requests pictures ourselves with some of our photographers and offer them already with the model release.

For the first Image Search Shooting we chose the themes yoga and fitness to offer our clients new and high quality images in this field as well. As a photographer we could win Jeannette Corbeau who has been able to transform the themes light technically in a very innovative and high quality way.

Petra Sulger of the agency Clos-up (wird das nicht Close-up geschrieben?) took care of hairstyling and make up and did a really great job.

We didn’t have pictures in our offer for the yoga theme up to now and did therefore transfer various motives to yoga as well as to meditation and relaxing exercises in order to close this gap in our offer.

For the theme sports and fitness we had only a few motives as well up to now which have been requested even more, though. Here we have produced images for different themes as weights, rollerblades, stomach, back, etc. We hope that the new motives will please our clients as much as ourselves.

Our Hamburg based Youngstar photographer Till Becker is nominated for the Lead Awards 2008 in the section “portrait photography” for the story “What Cha Looking At?”, published in Hekmag Nr.4.
These images can also be seen in the firstly published annual book of the Lead Award as well as in the exhibition “Visual Leader”.
This show is on at the House of Photography in Hamburg from March 6th-30th.

JUNGBAUERN CALENDAR 2008

The Bavarian Association of Young Farmers commissions a photographer
every year to shoot a calendar which is then being printed in a limited edition.
The condition for this project is the participation of real farmers from
Germany and Austria. Our Youngstar photographer Oliver Gast was behind
the lens for the 2008 calendars.
2 terrific calendars are the result
